ERA strives to maintain exceptional direct-to-consumer commerce leadership standards on both its European and U.S. Board of Directors. Each director is nominated and selected by ERA's Nominating Committee to serve either a three-year term (for retailers) or a two-year term (for suppliers) and is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the organization's support of the electronic retailing industry.
